Holds Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting, Higher Diploma in Tax Law and certificate in Business Rescue from University of Johannesburg and also holds Bachelor of Laws. He has over 10 years commercial experience and has previously also worked for Deloitte and Touche and The South African Revenue Services.

Sylvia Makola holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting, Honors in Taxation and Postgraduate Diploma in Compliance from University of Johannesburg. She has extensive commercial experience in tax, compliance, business advisory and Tax and Estate Structuring amongst with more than 7 years experience. She has amongst others worked also for Deloitte, Liberty, Standard Bank and Eskom. She is an Associate Director at Mokgadishi Makola Incorporated.
